Derma E Skincare Products Review

If you read my blog a lot, you know that I’m obsessed with trying face products. Whether it’s face masks, serums, cleansers, or moisturizers – I love trying new brands. At this point, I’ve tried many of Derma E’s products and I absolutely love them. I don’t think I’ve been disappointed thus far with anything I’ve tried, which is why I want to do a full review on everything! If you’re interested in learning more about this brand or just good skincare in general, read on!

The brand is pretty affordable compared to other skincare lines. Considering there are cleansers out there for $30, I really don’t think Derma E’s price points are bad. Whether you’re buying a face oil for $12 or a cleanser for $10, these products are affordable for the quality and they’re organic! Derma E products work similar to high quality skincare at a lower price. I highly suggest waiting for Ulta to have a sale on this line (as they do now) because more often than not its buy one get one 50% off.

What first got me interested in the line is not only the prices, but the reviews. Almost every product (on Ulta) has 4-5 stars with reviews that made me intrigued. I started off buying the Derma E Vitamin C night cream, and fell in love! After being impressed with the Microdermabrasion Sea Salt Scrub, I decided to binge and buy more.

Before I start this review.. yes, I use a lot of skincare products in my routine lol. like I said, I’m obsessed with skincare and my goal has always been to have clear, radiant skin.

This line does not test on animals!

DERMA E Microdermabrasion Scrub with Dead Sea Salt – $22.50 for 2.0 oz.

FYI.. this is the most expensive product I have from the line, but because of the ingredients the price makes sense.

This product has some interesting ingredients.. lime juice, pearl powder, and dead sea salt, but the main ingredient is volcanic sand.  Volcanic sand is great in exfoliators as it helps with wrinkles, damaged skin, rashes, and blemishes; perfect ingredient for an exfoliator.

So, as you can see, so far so good with the ingredients. The smell of the product is nice, it’s a citrus lime scent that isn’t too overwhelming and I actually love it. It’s really light and just easy to put on the skin.

When applying the product, it’s not messy at all and the actual products consistency is fine. I was worried the consistency would be thicker and harsh on the skin, but I can imagine people with sensitive skin types using this as it’s really gentle.

I love how my skin looks after using this, just really clean and glowing. My skin feels baby soft afterwards and I’m glad I decided to add this into my skincare routine.

DERMA E Radiant Glow Face Oil – $14.99 for 2.0 oz.

I was nervous about this product because I didn’t want an oil to make my skin feel greasy. I am impressed because it did not create a greasy look, the oil absorbed into my skin quickly and made my skin glow. I wanted to try this because my skin gets dry in colder weather, and it’s meant to hydrate and moisturize skin! If you have oily skin, I’m not sure if you will like this product, as it’s obviously an oil and made my skin look dewy.

On to the smell of the product.. it’s not something I’m too fond of. It really just smells like a mixture of oils, mostly sunflower oil (hmm??). I can overlook the scent because I do like the product, and the smell quickly goes away. If you’re sensitive to smells, I highly suggest trying this before buying.

There are a ton of nourishing oils in this product and best of all they’re all organic; sunflower seed oil, jojoba oil, pumpkin seed oil, argan oil, seabuckthorn oil, and vitamin E.

DERMA E Vitamin C Concentrated Serum – $14.99 for 2.0 oz.

This Vitamin C concentrated serum helps to boost collagen and improve uneven skin tone. I do like how this smells, as it’s a light citrus scent, not overwhelming at all. It absorbs into the skin quickly and blends in well. A little goes a long way, I need about 2-3 pumps for my entire face. I have noticed a difference in my skin tone after using this. My cheeks have a tendency to get red (I don’t know why) and the serum has improved that. It’s also great for a brighter skin complexion, it really wakes up my skin!

d3

DERMA E Vitamin C Renewing Moisturizer – $14.00 for 2.0 oz.

Using this in combination with the serum is a great choice. Both are lightweight and enhance radiance which is a plus. It absorbs into the skin quickly and is a light consistency. Creates soft skin, and is a great base for foundation.

d4

DERMA E Vitamin C Intense Night Crème – $14.99 for 2.0 oz.

This product seems to break people out according to SOME reviews on Ulta. It did not break me out at all, and I had no issues with it. The consistency is thicker, which scared me at first because I didn’t want to wait forever for it to dry. Luckily, the night cream dried quickly! It blends really well into the skin and absorbs quickly, and a little goes a long way! After applying, my face looks a lot less dull after a long day and has helped me stay moisturized. I have an issue with dry skin, especially in the morning, and haven’t since I started using this.

o2

DERMA E Scar Gel with Allantoin, Allicin and Panthenol – $14.00 for 2.0 oz.

I haven’t been using this long enough to give a full review but I will give me first impressions. I’ve been using it for a few acne scars on my face. It’s a clear gel like consistency and doesn’t have a strong scent, if anything it’s more of a “natural” smell, whatever that means lol I can’t explain it. According to reviews, it has helped with scars, so I have high hopes. It’s easy to apply and blends in quickly, but does take some time to dry. It’s more of a sticky consistency rather than a smooth consistency.

My Wishlist

These are some products I really want to try by Derma E. If you have tried these or have any more suggestions, please let me know!

d5

DERMA E Daily Detox Scrub – $11

I already have a few Peter Thomas Roth cleansers to use, but when I’m finished with those I wouldn’t mind trying this.

d6

DERMA E Anti Wrinkle Vitamin A Glycolic Scrub with Vitamin C and E – $10

I will definitely try this once I’m finished with my current scrub. Vitamin, A, C and E and glycolic acid are great for the skin.

d7

DERMA E Purifying 2-in-1 Charcoal Mask – $15

I love charcoal masks to cleanse the skin. I try to use them a few times a week! This charcoal mask claims to unclog pores and create a glowing complexion – my favorite things in skincare.

d8

DERMA E Overnight Peel with Alpha Hydroxy Acids – $14

The ingredients in this product are what intrigued me to want this product! With green tea leaf, passion fruit, and lemon extract, along with jojoba oil.. I couldn’t imagine this product having a negative outcome on my skin. According to reviews, it’s a great overnight peel to fade acne scars.

This is not a sponsored post! I really just like reviewing skincare so others can get a chance to use great products. I hope you enjoyed this review! If you’ve used this brand please comment below and tell me all about your experience!
